1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. smoked spanish paprika
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. yogurt
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp. cilantro, minced (or other herb)
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve over broiled asparagus or roasted broccoli, or use as a smokey condiment for fish, veggie sandwiches or burgers.
